Cancellation Policy
Payment for any and all types of events, workshops, retreats, conferences, etc. from Beth Caldwell Communications, Coach Beth Caldwell or Leadership Academy for Women represents a commitment to attend and no refunds will be issued. If you have registered for an event or workshop and find yourself unable to attend, we suggest you send another person from your team/company/organization in your place.

If you are unable to attend a workshop and would like to gift that registration to a person in need of a scholarship, call 412-202-6983. Please give a 48-hour notice.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Payment for any and all types of events, workshops, courses, retreats, conferences, memberships, etc. is nonrefundable. No refunds shall be offered, however, if you find yourself unable to attend an event, or utilize your membership, these items may be transferred to another individual.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need-to-know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

Coach Beth Caldwell uses STRIPE, Eventbrite and AffiniPay payment processors. We trust in these companies to keep your credit card and contact information safe and secure.

Website content is maintained by Wix.

When you register for a Coach Beth Caldwell event, registration sheets with your full name are generated through Eventbrite. For in-person events, Pittsburgh Professional Women will download a registration list which includes your full name and, when provided, a company name. Registration lists are kept in our office and on office computers for a period of three years. Registration sheets and lists are not used in public, or on display at events. This information is used to create name tags in order to make networking easier for attendees. These name tags are available at our registration tables, in public. If you do not want a name tag for an event, or do not want your name tag on display, call (412) 202-6983.

Sponsorships
From time to time, Coach Beth Caldwell partners with an outside sponsor to host an event or workshop. We select partners with the highest integrity and business principles. In some cases, sponsor partners will receive your professional contact information (full name, company name, title company email address). Your payment information and personal contact information is never released.

Confidentiality
Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our sponsors and members, and, if legally required to do so, to the appropriate authorities.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Coach Beth Caldwell will only be in connection with Coach Beth Caldwell events or announcements from Beth Caldwell.

This website may recommend affiliate links and/or programs. This means that when you click and make a purchase at a site via a provided link, the organization may make a commission or receive product/services/incentives at no additional cost to you. Payment
Cash or Personal Checks, all major Credit/Debit Cards, and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Unless other arrangements have been made, our terms are payment in full at time of order.

Returned checks will incur a $45 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned check, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, will insist on future credit transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

Availability
Downloads, recordings and products available from this site are not restricted to location. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of Coach Beth Caldwell.

Sharing and distributing of the free resources and workshops from our resource page is encouraged, but please, keep member only downloads for members only.

Coach Beth Caldwell does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis.
