Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payments for events, workshops, retreats, and conferences are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual or donate it as a scholarship with at least 48 hours’ notice by contacting us at (412) 202-6983 or via our website.

Payments for coaching memberships are non-refundable. To cancel recurring memberships, please log into your account, or contact us with at least five business days’ notice to avoid future charges.

Payments for private coaching, retreats, and VIP days are non-refundable. Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Chronic cancellations or no-shows may result in the termination of services without refund.
Privacy, Data Protection, and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we manage and protect your information.
Photography Policy
By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please notify event organizers in advance or contact us within six hours of the event.
Online Purchases
Payments are processed securely through trusted providers such as STRIPE, WIX, Square, Eventbrite, and AffiniPay. Payment methods may change without notice.

Beth Caldwell Communications, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "BCC") and Pittsburgh Professional Women (hereinafter referred to as "PPW") facilitate events, workshops, and programs to foster networking, education, and community building. While participants may form professional or personal relationships through these opportunities, BCC and PPW are not responsible for any agreements, disputes, or issues that may arise from interactions or transactions between participants.
By attending or participating in events hosted by BCC or PPW, whether online or in person, attendees acknowledge and agree that:

Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. Returned checks incur a $45 fee. Repeat occurrences may result in termination of service.
