YES to Opportunities, NO to Obligations, and Apologies to No One

Even though you'll often hear me teach how to say NO to extra obligations, I also suggest that you begin to say YES to opportunities.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Truly, you do not need one more thing to do. You don't need to be burdened with more tasks, extra work, or obligations.

😰 😰 😰

BUT--when you are GROWING in your life, career, or business, consider saying YES to opportunities.

🤔 🤔 🤔

Watch this week's video for the details:

It's true, I see women resistant to seeking out or saying yes to opportunities that will take them to the next level in their career or business almost every day. They also are often reluctant to accept offers to increase visibility such as board positions, media interviews, and other leadership opportunities.

✅ ✅ ✅

Guess what, friends? Men don't do that.

💯 💯 💯

Pay attention and notice if you also resist these important opportunities because awareness is the first step to changing these pesky habits.

💙 💙 💙

Remember YES to opportunities, NO to obligations and you don't have to apologize to anyone.

😉 😉 😉
